Email [email protected] for Kanji Flash questions, correction reports, and technical issues. This is the only public support address currently used by the project.

If your message is about a specific Card, Deck, Set, practice screen, or trust page, include the page URL so we can inspect the same page.

A useful message starts with the affected URL, the kanji or Deck name when relevant, a short description of the issue, and the change or result you expected.

One clear report is better than a long general complaint. If you found several issues, start with one representative example and mention that there may be more.

For wrong readings, unclear meanings, awkward wording, broken reference links, or confusing Card and Deck placement, use the Corrections page when possible.

Corrections can still be sent by email, but reports that include the URL, the problem, a suggested fix, and any supporting source are easier to review.

For broken pages, display problems, bad links, loading failures, or practice issues, email [email protected] with the URL, device, browser, and what happened.

Kanji Flash does not have an account support queue, so technical reports should focus on public pages, local progress behavior, browser storage, imported saves, exported saves, or practice screens.
